- echo TP-ET INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- echo.
- echo This batch file does not actually install TP-ET. It was the best way
- echo I knew to make sure you would read the instructions. TP-ET is
- echo extremely easy to use and install. THE FIRST THING TO DO IS TO MAKE
- echo A BACK COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL DISK. NEVER NEVER WORK WITH THE ORIGINAL
- echo COPY. To make a back up on a one drive system: (Make sure Diskcopy is
- echo available. This came with your DOS disks)
- echo DISKCOPY A: A: [ENTER] follow the prompts on the screen
- echo Multiple floppy drive system: Simply copy the original disk from one
- echo drive to another.
- echo Hard Drive System: Use one of the methods above to backup the original.
- echo.
- echo Installing TP-ET: Single and Multi floppy drive systems simply make up
- echo another backup and use that for your working disk. You can save some
- echo room by deleting TP-ET.DOC -- PRINTDOC.BAT -- INSTALL.BAT. I suggest
- echo you place a copy of your COMMAND.COM on your working disk.
- echo Hard Drive Systems. Create a directory on your Hard Drive (any name you
- echo want) and copy from your backup copy all files to the new directory.
- echo Once again to save disk space delete the 3 files above.
- echo Thank You for trying TP-ET please register if you use it often.
